1. Who we are

Geeklane OneGift (“OneGift”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a bulk and corporate gifting catalogue operated by GEEKERA GURUJI ECOM LLP (GSTIN 07ABAFG9901B1ZS), reachable at the contact details at the bottom of this page. These Terms of Service govern your use of onegift.geeklane.in (the “Site”) and any enquiry you submit through it. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

2. How OneGift works

OneGift is not a standard checkout-based online store. There is no on-site payment. The flow is:

1. You browse the catalogue and add products to a shortlist.
2. You submit one enquiry covering your full shortlist, with your contact details and delivery city.
3. Our team reviews your enquiry and confirms real-time pricing, availability, and delivery timelines directly with you — prices and price tiers shown on the Site are indicative starting points, not a final quote.
4. Once you confirm an order, we issue a GST invoice and coordinate payment and fulfilment directly with you — this happens off-platform, not through the Site.

Every product has a minimum order quantity of 20 pieces. Per-piece pricing on the Site generally decreases at higher quantities, shown as tiers on each product page.

3. Accounts

You may create an account using your phone number, verified by a one-time WhatsApp code — we don’t use passwords. You’re responsible for keeping access to your phone number secure, since it’s how we verify your identity. You can also submit an enquiry as a guest, without an account.

4. Product information and pricing

We aim for every product listing (images, description, pricing tiers) to be accurate, but availability and final pricing are always subject to confirmation by our team at the time of your enquiry — stock, supplier pricing, and shipping costs can change between when a page was last updated and when you enquire. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer to sell at the listed price; it becomes binding once our team confirms your order in writing.

5. What OneGift does not offer today

To set expectations accurately: OneGift does not currently offer custom logo printing or branding on products, does not guarantee delivery by a specific date at the time of enquiry (delivery timelines are confirmed per order), and does not process payment on the Site itself. If any of this changes, we’ll update this page and the Site accordingly.

6. Our shopping assistant

The Site includes an AI shopping assistant to help you find products and put together a shortlist. It only recommends real products from our catalogue at real listed prices — it cannot create discounts, guarantee stock, or make commitments outside these Terms. Final confirmation always comes from our team, not the assistant.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale without permission, submit false enquiry information, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

We provide the Site and its catalogue on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site, though nothing here limits liability that can’t be excluded under Indian law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent change. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
