We deliver pan-India — anywhere in the country a courier or logistics partner can reach.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost depends on the size and weight of your order and typically ranges from ₹500 to ₹5,000. Since orders start at a minimum of 20 pieces and can scale into the thousands, there’s no single flat shipping rate — our team confirms the exact shipping cost for your specific order and quantity when we get back to you on your enquiry, before you confirm anything.

Delivery time

Delivery typically takes 1–6 business days from confirmed dispatch, depending on your location and order size. Larger bulk orders and remote locations can take longer — our team will confirm a realistic delivery window for your specific order and destination when we follow up on your enquiry. We don’t guarantee delivery by a specific date until that’s been confirmed directly with you.

How dispatch works

Because every order goes through our enquiry process (see our Terms of Service), dispatch begins only after your order is confirmed and, where applicable, invoiced. We’ll share tracking information once your order ships.

Damaged or missing items on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or otherwise not as confirmed, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and we’ll sort out a replacement or resolution — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
